Serving Size: Approximately ½ lb. or 1 Piece per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Fresh Garlic, Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Gravy: Homemade Beef Stock (Filtered Water, Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Fresh Onions, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Celery & Fresh Garlic), Brown Sugar, Red Wine, Potato Starch & Gluten-Free Margarine.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 250°. Add the slices of prime rib to a small baking pan with a few tablespoons of burgundy gravy. Cover the pan tightly with foil and heat the ribs until their internal temperature registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer, approximately 10-12 minutes. Transfer the ribs to a serving dish right away so that they do not continue to cook beyond your desired preference.
