Ingredients: normalized milk, sourdough.
The cottage cheese has a crumbly texture, a rich taste and delicate aroma.
Product can be served to the table as an independent dish with various fillers or make a snack, for example, dessert.
For the base, you can take tartlets, and for the filling-cottage cheese, marshmallows (you can in chocolate), starch, vanilla, sugar and egg.
Whisk the whites into a tight foam, add the ingredients except marshmallows.
Put the filling in the base, decorate with marshmallows, put in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
