Sharmel pastila is an exquisite light dessert from the famous Moscow confectionery factory “Udarnitsa”.
It is made on the basis of the original recipe of 1929 from whipped Apple puree with added sugar, egg whites and cranberry puree.
The structure of the paste is airy and delicate; each piece literally melts in the mouth.
The products are formed in the form of bars, placed in a plastic tray and sealed in a sealed bag.
All products of the factory are made exclusively from gluten-free raw materials and do not contain GMOs.
