Serving Size: Approximately ¾ lb. or 1 Piece per Person
Ingredients: Milk-Fed Veal, Japanese Panko Crumbs, White Flour, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Green Tomatillos, Fresh Jalapeños, Fresh Avocados, Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Lemon Juice, Spring Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before reheating. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover veal chops with aluminum foil and place in oven for 8-10 minutes on one side and 8-10 minutes on the other. Uncover and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the meat, it might be ready before this time is up. Once the internal temperature is 165° on a meat thermometer, the veal chops are done.
