Serving Size: Approximately 8 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Premium Lamb.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a large oven safe pot. Add the lamb a few pieces at a time; do not overcrowd (lamb may be coated with flour if so desired). Cook, turning the pieces until lamb is browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch; add more oil as needed between batches. Add sauce to pot, cover and cook at 350° for about 1 ½ – 2 hours or until lamb is tender. Please note that all lamb should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov, with a 3 minute rest time.
