Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Hungarian Paprika, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper Flakes, Dill Seed, Parsley, Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Chimichurri Sauce: Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Fresh Italian Parsley, Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Oregano, Fresh Garlic, Dried New Mexico Chile Pepper Flakes, Ground Cumin, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 300°. Place steak in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the steak’s internal temperature registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer. Transfer the steak to a serving dish right away so that it does continue to cook beyond your desired preference.
