Serving Size: Approximately ¾ lb. or 1 Piece per Person
Ingredients: Milk-Fed Veal, Fresh Wild Mushrooms, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Onions, Brown Sugar, Flour, Non-GMO Corn Starch, Trans Fat-Free Margarine, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before reheating. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover veal chops with aluminum foil and place in oven for 8-10 minutes on one side and 8-10 minutes on the other. Uncover and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the meat, it might be ready before this time is up. Once the internal temperature is 165° on a meat thermometer, the veal chops are done.
