It readily absorbs sauces & spices for a superb meal. This chicken is hand-ground by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Free-Roaming & Antibiotic-Free Chicken.
Recommended Cooking Instructions for Chicken Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Please note that all chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
Recommended Cooking Instructions for Chicken Burgers:
Preheat oven to 425°. Place a cooling rack into a baking tray to allow the air to circulate. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes in total for 6-8 oz. patties, 10-12 minutes for 4 oz. patties and 8-10 minutes for sliders, flipping once. Alternatively these can be barbecued on a hot grill following the same instructions as listed above. Please note that all chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
