Serving Size: Approximately 1 lb. or 2 Pieces per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Fresh Scallions, Fresh Red Peppers, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Non-GMO Corn Starch, Molasses, Tamarind, Grade A Clover Honey, Brown Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Paste, Dried Celery Seed, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Soy, Wheat, Sesame.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 300°. Wrap the ribs in 2 layers of foil. Place the ribs on a baking tray and heat for 1 hour in the oven at 250°. Remove the ribs from the foil, turn the oven to broil and put the ribs in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. The ribs’ internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
