Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Fresh Red Peppers, Fresh Chili Peppers, Fresh Scallions, Sugar, Flour, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Sweet Rice Wine, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Molasses, Grade A Clover Honey, Dried Celery Seed, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Soy.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 300°. Place beef in baking pan (or utilize the aluminum container without the plastic top). Cover with aluminum foil and heat for approximately 10 minutes or until hot. The bulgogi’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
