This organic, locally & humanely-raised turkey has been given numerous specialty food awards for taste & quality. It is delicious, nutritious and rich in protein, niacin, vitamin B6 & amino acids. These turkey leg ¼’s include both the thighs & drumsticks, which contain the juicier, somewhat gamier dark meat. This organic turkey is hand-selected & cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

Serving Size: Approximately 1 lb. per Person
Ingredients: Soaked & Salted USDA Organic Free-Range & Antibiotic-Free Turkey.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Place turkey in baking dish. Bake for approximately 1-1 ½ hours or until turkey has reached desired internal temperature. Turkey should no longer be pink, juices should run clear & skin should be golden. When turkey is done, remove from oven, baste the turkey with the juices and let rest prior to cutting. Please note that all turkey should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
