Serving Size: Approximately ½ lb. per person or 1 fillet
Ingredients: Sustainably Farmed Premium Organic Salmon.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Make sure a rack is set up in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 400°. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Season according to your desired recipe. There should be a drop of oil drizzled over the salmon to ensure proper moisture. Place the salmon in the roasting pan & bake in the oven for approximately 4 to 6 minutes per half-inch thickness of the fillet as measured at the thickest point. When the salmon flakes readily with a fork it should be done but always ensure that the flesh is opaque & its internal temperature measures 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
