Il Follo is one of the very few exceptions in Valdobbiadene to own and manage directly the whole cycle of the production: from the agricultural aspect to the final bottling, everything is handled directly by this family-owned business
Grapes: 100% Glera.
Vineyard: Il Follo, in the heart of the prestigious Cartizze area, in Valdobbiadene. Soil Type: hill, clayey, calcareous.
Harvest: 20th of September to 10th of October.
Sparkling Process: Charmat method. Alcohol Content: 12% Vol..
Colour: pale yellow with emerald highlights.
Aroma: light bodied. On the nose hints of pear, apple, white flowers and citrus.
Taste: fresh, distinctively dry, refined bubbles.
Food pairings: a fantastic, light and refreshing appetizer, it can be used to carry on and accompany any type of meal. Great before meals and with dessert. Serve at 8 deg.
