Serving Size: Approximately ½ lb. per person or 1 fillet
Ingredients: Wild Line-Caught Red Snapper.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Make sure a rack is set up in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 400°. Pat the red snapper dry with a paper towel. There should be a drop of oil drizzled over the fish to ensure proper moisture. Season according to your desired recipe. Place the red snapper in the roasting pan, skin side down, & bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, then broil on high for 2-3 minutes. When the red snapper flakes readily with a fork it should be done but always ensure that the flesh is opaque & its internal temperature measures 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
