Serving Size: Approximately ¾ lb.; 4 Servings per 2-Bone Rack and 8 Servings per 4-Bone Rack
Ingredients: Milk-Fed Veal, Fresh Rosemary, Fresh Garlic, Hungarian Paprika, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper Flakes, Dill Seed, Parsley, Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before reheating. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover veal with aluminum foil and place in oven for 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other. Depending on the thickness of the meat, it might be ready before the 30 minutes are up. Once the internal temperature is 165° on a meat thermometer, the veal is done.
