Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef Brisket, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Brisket Gravy: Homemade Beef Stock (Filtered Water, Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Fresh Onions, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Celery & Fresh Garlic), Brown Sugar, Red Wine, Potato Starch & Gluten-Free Margarine.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place brisket with gravy into baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for the following times: 1-3 lbs. for approximately 15 minutes, 3-5 lbs. for approximately 20 minutes & 5 lbs. or more for approximately 30 minutes. The internal temperature of the brisket should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
