Soviet Pioner Badges “Always Ready”
Pioneer icon – a symbol of the pioneer organization in the USSR. Along with pioneering tie was a fixture of the pioneering form, means that the student admitted to the pioneers. Making a Pioneer badge was changed to reflect the country’s history. In 1962, the pioneer organization was awarded the Order of Lenin. Since that time, probably until 1991, the icon is a red five-pointed star with an image of Vladimir Lenin in the center and the motto “Always Ready” on the star – three tongues of flame.
