This locally & humanely-raised chicken has been given numerous specialty food awards for taste & quality. It is delicious, nutritious & rich in protein, niacin, phosphorus, B6, B12, Vitamin D, calcium, iron and zinc. Enjoy both the juicier, somewhat gamier dark meat, as well as the leaner & milder white meat. This chicken is hand-selected & cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

Serving Size: Approximately 1 lb. per Person
Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Free-Roaming & Antibiotic-Free Chicken.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Place chicken in baking dish. Bake for approximately 1-1 ½ hours or until chicken has reached desired internal temperature. Chicken should no longer be pink, juices should run clear & skin should be golden. When chicken is done, remove from oven, baste the chicken with the juices and let rest prior to cutting. Please note that all chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
