Winemaking: 14 months in French oak barrique and minimum 6 months aging in the bottle.
Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
Aroma: currants, plums and fragrant flowers.
Taste: dry and fresh with delicate tannins
Food pairings: meat sauce noodles, red meats, charcuterie and a variety of mild-aged cheese. Best if served around 18 degrees.
Consumption: within 3-5 years.
